The evidence about the recovery of my son Thomas
…….On Sunday 12March 2006 my son, VW Golf driver had a road accident during returning from Agapito, the course of Isaiah that took place in Čeložnice by Kyjov.Behind the town, he went into a skid and collided with the car that was going in the opposite direction.His injury was very serious, contused and torn lungs, broken ribs, hematon in the head, torn kidney, fracture of pelvic bone and instep……On Sunday 12 March 2006 my son, VW Golf driver had a road accident during returning from Agapito, the course of Isaiah that took place in Čeložnice by Kyjov.Behind Kyjov,
he went into a skid and collided with the car that was going in the opposite direction. His injury was very serious, contused and torn lungs, broken ribs, hematon in the head, torn kidney, fracture of pelvic bone and instep….and others.
I lived through the first moments, when I got to know about this accident, as if I were in the bad dream. I saw my son in Čeložnice on Saturday, where I bid him farewell and he was very happy.Would it be possible that he´d passed away ?I even took this alternative into account at that moment, then I started praying in these words:“Jesus Christ, if Thomas hasn´t everything settled with you here on earth and you have your plan with him here, I ask you for his cure.My friends from the community John the Baptist, internal community in Pilsen during its´visit of Israel, my friends, priests who know Thomas, all of them were praying for his recovery….We asked our Lord about the word for Thomas and he promised his recovery, my friends from the community also received the same answers, their words confirmed me that the promise of the recovery came from the Spirit.Almost for three weeks Thomas had been kept in an artificial sleep, he breathed with the aid of the device.
The physicians told us that the worst thing was the combination of his injury when the treatment of an organ had meant the danger for another one. At the end of the second week high fever loomed up, he got worse and had to be turned from his back to the stomach so that the mucus might flow off and the lungs could be better „aired“ from the lower side.Since the very beginning of our visits to Brno accident hospital where Thomas was brought in helicopter, I´ve been offered some help with praying by Marcela and Marcelka Fryčovi.The words, with which at that time Lord spoke to me, were: Salm 91,12 – “They shall bear thee up in their hands / prayers of the brothers / lest thou dash thy foot against a stone“. And I felt furtherance of these prayers.Mt 6,27:“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?“These words together with the words about the promise of healing from Mt 8 and 9 kept me and my friends “above water“ in the belief in the cure.I can give evidence of the great test of faith to see with my own eyes something else than what I believe in. A person without faith would have to be desperate when looking at the lifeless body which lay before us in the incessant trembling / of the stress / and connected little tubes.We started praising Jesus in this situation and thanking him for the healing.Holy Spirit often brought me to this way of praying.When I haven´t known anymore how to pray I´ve received this word: Praise and Thank“ and I was singing:“Thanks, thanks, My Lord, My King, Jesus….“
Even though we sometimes heard some ungratifying news from the doctors, we caught hold of the Marcela´s vision about the full basket of twigs that were falling unto Thomas / a twig that was brought to Noem by a dove /.God sent me Mr. and Mrs.Fryč who Thomas´d met before and thanks to their presence, I experienced what the real friendship of the community was and I didn´t feel lonely either.The friends of the Column from Kroměříž were also a great mainstay for me, especially Stefan and Pavlína Oščatkovi.I wouldn´t stand without their help all that I went through.
On Sunday three weeks later I received the word:“You´ll see a miracle“.I expected it on Sunday afternoon during the visit when Thomas should recover consciousness but because of the strong concussion he was again under tranquillizers.I didn´t see the miracle until the next and the following week when Thomas´state of health improved very rapidly. Jesus from Nazaret got the path ready in the ARO II accident hospital so that the doctors and nurses made it possible for us to visit him and pray together.We were given a very hearty welcome.We prayed for the physicians.I even told them about it.Our Lord got the path ready for the true report about the accident which we had prayed with Thomas through Salm 119.Neither calmants nor psychiatric treatment were necessary.I´m writing this evidence for those who will go through similarly difficult trials. I´d like to tell them that it´s possible to go through this period with peace in heart and in the complete dependance on Jesus.The crucial thing is the encouragement of friends from the community,including physical embrace.The Holy Week and Easter are of great importance for me nowdays.I thank Jesus for his closeness that I´d been feeling for all five weeks of the Lent, I thank for the peace and for the recovery of Thomas without consequences.Thanks to all the brothers and sisters of the community, for their interest., prayers and friendship.Thanks for accepting me!
Jesus rose from the dead and so did we with him!!!!
